Ian worked for us twice, installing a new air source heat pump and air conditioning. He led the team really well, bringing together design expertise along with excellent installation work. his team went beyond what we expected and showed great knowledge of the systems being installed. When we later had some issues with the system, Ian came back promptly and identified the fault and fixed it. His customer service throughout was great and typified by his attitude that he had sold us a working system and so when part of our old pipework turned out to be a problem he replaced it as part of the job.
